Therapists will gain knowledge & confidence of human organ location within the abdominal cavity, along with hands-on training in each quadrant of the belly using manual techniques to release physical blocks & create space for better overall health & wellbeing. The course also includes a brief lecture regarding Gut-Brain Axis, Anatomy & Physiology review of the anterior torso, benefits, contraindications, visual & palpative assessment. Thailand Study Abroad
Study Abroad in Thailand: Winter 2026
We conduct annual Study Abroad adventures to Chiang Mai, Thailand. This trip is reserved for a select group of advanced level Thai massage students. Students must – at a minimum – complete the required pre-requisite classes: Thai Massage 3 Day Intensive and Thai Massage Weekend Immersion.
Our application process for the 2026 trips will open on March 31, 2025. At that time our updated application will be available to download on this page. Our staff will review applications and thoughtfully determine the best candidates based on experience and goals for attending. Applications for 2026 are now closed. Applications for 2027 will be open in spring of 2026.
