Refund eligibility depends on the organization receiving payment for the course.

If a student registers and submits payment through a host location, school, or third-party organization, all refunds or credits will be issued according to that organization’s policies.

If payment is made directly to Heather Marie LMBT, the following policy applies:

• 30+ days prior to class:

  A full refund will be issued minus a $20 processing fee.

• 14–29 days prior to class:

  Tuition may be transferred to a future class.

• Less than 14 days prior to class:

  No refunds or credits will be issued.

In the rare event that a workshop is canceled by Heather Marie LMBT, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to HeatherMarieLMBT@gmail.com.

The effective date of cancellation is the date the notice is received.

Refunds for Credit Card payments will be processed within 5 business days.
