Class Description: Take your massages to the next level by adding Thai Herbal Compresses (Luk Pra Kob) to your treatments. Thai Herbal Compresses have been used in conjunction with massage and bodywork in Thailand for generations. You will learn the properties of each herb used in a Thai Herbal compress ball as well as how to make your own from fresh ingredients or dried herbs. After making your own compresses in class, you will learn how to safely steam them and techniques to incorporate them into your sessions, whether it is a table massage or a Thai massage on a floor mat. This is the best smelling class you have ever taken!

You will leave with 2 compress balls and a photo manual.
Please come dressed in (or bring) loose fitting dark colored clothes. Please bring a dark colored set of sheets and hand towels.
